Spilltex® scooping net for the collection of petroleum products
It has a convenient portable design consisting of a lightweight, durable folding snap-in with a telescopic handle with the net’s surface being made of Spilltex® filter material, which passes water and retains any oil and petroleum products (diesel fuel, gasoline, oil, etc.)
Spilltex® scooping net for the collection of petroleum products is intended for the manual cleanup of local petroleum product spills in areas that are difficult to access areas for mechanical cleanup.
Owing to the innovative coating made of Biomicrogel® particles, the surface of the filter membrane attains wetting and oleophobic properties. It allows water to pass through easily while capturing all types of oil, grease, and petroleum products, enabling the separation of oil–water mixtures in the liquid.

Wet the Spilltex® scooping net in water before cleaning the petroleum product film from the water.
The scooping net can also be washed during the process of collecting petroleum products.
Every scooping net is packed in an individual sealed plastic bag.
Store the Spilltex® scoop net in a cool and dry place.
Avoid the cloth coming into direct contact with moisture. Keep the entire protective packaging safe until the product is used. Recommended shelf life is 2 years.
A used Spilltex® scooping net should be disposed of in accordance with effective legislation.
The following FCCW Code is applicable to the used membrane: 4 43 212 56 61 4 “Filtering mesh made of natural fibers, contaminated with petroleum products (concentration of petroleum products is less than 15%)”.
