Spilltex® filter cloth
Spilltex® filter cloth is intended for protection of coastal regions from petroleum products.
The product is a specially fabricated rectangular cloth of Spilltex® filter cloth which allows water to pass through it and captures any petroleum products (diesel fuel, gasoline, oil).
Owing to the innovative coating made of Biomicrogel® particles, the surface of the filter cloth attains wetting and oleophobic properties. It allows water to pass easily and captures all types of oil, grease, and petroleum products, thereby separating oil–water mixtures.

Wet the Spilltex® scooping net in water before cleaning the petroleum product film from the water.
The Spilltex® filter cloth can also be washed during the process of collecting petroleum products.
Packed in vacuum plastic bag.
Store the Spilltex® filter cloth in a cool and dry place, keep the cloth away from moisture. Keep the entire protective packaging safe until the product is used.
Recommended shelf life is 2 years.
The following FCCW Code is applicable to the used membrane: 4 43 212 56 61 4 “Filtering mesh made of natural fibers, contaminated with petroleum products (concentration of petroleum products is less than 15%)”
